Ingredients

• 2 oz Precis Aquavit
• 1 oz Lemon juice
• ¾ oz Raspberry syrup
• 1 Egg white

How to make

• Pour ingredients into a tall glass
• Add lots of ice
• Stir drink until ice cold and
  sufficient ice has melted
• Decorate with Citron zest
